About
tultech Limited is run by Ben Tulloch and Helen Steynor. The company is based in the town of Ludlow in Shropshire.
Ben has been providing IT support services for businesses for over ten years and has experience of working with an extremely wide range of different technologies. Having spent several years working as an IT manager and database developer, he is familiar with keeping company networks and servers running smoothly, trouble shooting support issues for members of staff and developing various bespoke solutions for a wide range of clients.
Helen’s background is in project management and administration and she has extensive experience in managing client expectations, ensuring deadlines are met and finding workable solutions to challenging problems.
Both Ben and Helen have years of experience of working in a client-orientated business providing B2B services. This means that tultech can draw on the knowledge they have accrued from working with a broad range of clients, and benefit from an appreciation of the various skills required from today’s business owners.
